Refund policy:
Dan the driver usually gets clients to pay on the day to avoid having to issue refunds.
Full Refunds are offered where the service wasn't received, exceptions to this are new years day, xmas day or boxing day and depends on the time between when your trip was going to be and when you cancelled. Cancelling on new years eve before 12pm on 31st December will be offered a full refund, before 7pm will be a 50% refund and after 7pm no refund is offered for trips that would have been taking that night up until 8am the next day.
On xmas day and boxing day a full refund is offered if you cancel at least 3 hours before, 50 percent refund after that.
For all other trips full refunds are offered by cancelling at least 1 hour before, please contact me before cancelling as i can be flexible.
Terms of service: Bookings are offered to riders on the go and ahead of time, I folllow all rules according to point to point nsw transport, as required by nsw law.
